Sheila benedict's craft talk
As usual, our best programs come from our own members. Sheila Benedict has a BA, Political Science, CSUSB, courses or certificates in history, French, Spanish, archival studies, and marriage tribunal Canon Law. She worked as a political consultant. She and her late husband, Paul, raised and bred Quarter Horses, and they had a successful commercial swimming pool business.
Her genealogical education includes the Forensic Genealogy Institute, Institute for Genealogical and Historical Research, and National Institute on Genealogical Research. She is a self-employed forensic and family genealogist, taught genealogy and oral history at a local community college, lectures at local and national conferences, worked for ten years at Old Mission Santa Inés as the mission administrator, and currently as its part-time archivist.
